Is the site survey really free?
Yes. We visit your property, talk through your concerns and give you a written quote. There’s no charge and no obligation to go ahead.
Can I watch my cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the app during handover and make sure you can view live footage and play back recordings before we leave.
Do you service systems you didn’t install?
In most cases, yes. We’ll check the system on our first visit and let you know honestly whether it’s worth maintaining or due for replacement.
Will my alarm go off because of pets?
It shouldn’t. We position and set up motion sensors with pets in mind, so tell us about any animals when we survey.
How often should my system be serviced?
We recommend at least once a year to test batteries, sensors and sirens and to clean and realign cameras. We’ll suggest a schedule that suits your system.
